3D White Light Scanning Service |
We offer 3D White Light Scanning Services for Aerospace, Automobile, and Consumer Durables industries to name few. These services are offered using Steinbichler Comet 5 White Light Scanner. This digitization process is carried out using conjunction optical technology and digital image processing to extract the coordinates of points situated on the surface of an object. 3D White Light Scanning is a scanning technique that uses a non-contact optical scanning device along with a white light source. White Light Scanning picks up the point coordinates from the surface of the object being scanned. The area of the part within the frame can be scanned during a single scan, wherein if the surface to be scanned is larger than the frame, the scanning is done multiple times with markers placed on the surface. These serve as reference points that are to be scanned and merged with the help of the markers. Applications -
